I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years experience supporting adults and families across private practice, hospital, community and corporate settings.

I initially trained in Organisational Psychology, working in consultancies across the United Kingdom and Australia. After becoming a mother, I discovered my passion for deeply supporting people and I took a deep dive following this path. It is my privilege and honour to supporting others on their journeys.

My experience includes providing therapy to adults presenting with a range of difficulties individually and in groups. I have a strong interest and experience in perinatal and infant mental health and working with people who have experienced single event trauma and complex trauma. I have supported people facing cancer diagnosis and treatment with Redkite, Youth Cancer Service and Royal Perth Hospital. I currently work across private practice and a specialist perinatal and infant mental health service, bringing extensive experience in early relationships and perinatal mental health.

My practice is relational, attachment and trauma informed. I attend to the profound impact of our earlier experiences on how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us, as well as how our ongoing experiences continue to shape us. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Accredited Practitioner and draw on EMDR to assist people in processing all types of traumatic events and experiences that continue to impact their lives and relationships in the present.
