I am a Clinical and Perinatal Psychologist and EMDR Accredited Practitioner based in Subiaco, Western Australia.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I provide evidence‑based therapy for adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, trauma‑related difficulties, and relationship challenges.
My practice is relational, attachment and trauma-informed and grounded in a respect for early relationships, with the understanding of how past experiences can shape emotional wellbeing in the present.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is integrated where appropriate to process trauma or unresolved experiences. I assist clients in addressing the underlying patterns and support meaningful psychological change.
My focus in perinatal and infant mental health, supports families through conception, pregnancy, the postnatal period and early parenting.

Adult Therapy

Trauma and EMDR
Psychological trauma is a person’s experience of emotional distress from an overwhelm event. Almost everyone who experiences trauma will be emotionally affected, however not everyone responds the same way.
Perinatal and Infant Mental Health
The perinatal period is a delicate time of profound adjustment for mothers, children and families. I provide specialised support for parents and families experiencing emotional challenges during this critical time.
