Adult Therapy

Beginning therapy for the first time can be a big step. People seek therapy for different reasons, whether it be particular mental health concerns, difficulties in relationships or wanting to understand yourself better. I provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space, working together to understand what brings you here and what you would like to focus on in our time together.  I work with adults with a range of difficulties including:
